Pneumatic Impact Presses

Pneumatic Spring Percussion Press

Application fields:
For stamping, embossing, numbering, aligning, riveting and blanking.

Function:
By operating the pneumatic cylinder, the percussion shaft is moved towards the work piece. After lowering the tool on the work piece, the special percussion spring is tensioned and released. The impact is transferred to the work piece.

Advantages:

  • Continuously adjustable impact strength
  • High impact strength with a compact design
  • Tolerance compensation (always the same impact strength with different work piece heights)
