The manual roller embossing machine enables the rational and economic labeling of round work pieces.
It is very user-friendly and especially suited for job production and small series.
The robust construction combined with precise components enables marking tools with a strength of 1400 n/mm2 at a maximum font height of 5 mm. Fast refitting for different work piece diameters is done via rough and precise settings as well as adjustable roller blocks.
All embossing tools in our range can be applied effortlessly. Attaching an additional measuring meter results in constant and exact embossing depths. The embossing process is controlled with a hand lever and the parts are inserted manually. The drive may also be pneumatic.

The M + S roller marker is a transportable, universally applicable device for marking round parts. The roller diameters can be adjusted continuously via the slider with quick-snap. The text to be embossed is set by simply turning the embossing wheels. The roller process takes place with the hand lever.

Technical data:

Heavy design for embossing work pieces and pipes with a high degree of strength. The powerful drive enables a maximum embossing depth at a font height of 8 mm. The drum-shaped roller embossing units, incl. tooth segment and toothed rack, can be quickly installed for embossing flat parts.
Embossing units with concave engraving and segment type holders enable stamping pipes lengthwise to their axis. The engraving is adapted to the pipe. There is special equipment available for large series with automatic work processing, depending on the size of the work pieces.The stamp hub is triggered by foot or hand controls or the two-hand safety control.

With the universal roller embossing machine, you can emboss round work pieces along their circumference as well as flat work pieces. The stable and precise roller guide enables neat embossing. The embossing depth is up to 0.5 mm. In normal cases, round parts are embossed on a roller device with a straight embossing unit or a type holder. A roller numbering unit in connection with a toothed segment and rack are used to emboss flat parts. According to the purpose, the device may be powered pneumatically or with a drive engine.
The embossing lift is triggered via a foot switch or the two-hand safety control. This roller embossing machine can be applied fully automatically by installing additional devices, e.g. round table, sorting device and feed automat.

Technical data:

This medium manual roller embossing machine lets you emboss flat work pieces and round material at the circumference lengthwise and diagonal to the axis. The large selection of additional devices also makes it possible to equip even complicated work pieces with multi-line text, scales, consecutive numbers and circular imprints. The embossing depth allows the retrospective processing of the parts. The embossing machine is adjusted with the hand wheel below the embossing table. The parts are inserted manually.

With this compact roller embossing machine, you can emboss pipes and massive round materials up to 150 mm and a length of 15 m with number combinations or multi-line lettering. With its robust drive and the stable construction, this roller embossing machine can be supplied with three parallel roller guides.
Material identifications, consecutive numbers and company logos can be rolled on at distances of up to 300 mm. Our standard embossing tools and type holders are perfectly suited for this purpose. The embossing depth and the different pipe diameters are adjusted with a hand wheel below the embossing table.

This roller embossing machine can be operated pneumatically via a cylinder or electronically via a drive engine. Cylindrical as well as conical parts and also flanges up to a  of 180 mm can be embossed with lettering, numbers, letters and company logos along the circumference. Our roller embossing tools and segment type holders are applied. The tool carrier can be adjusted in height and the parts are inserted manually.

The embossing units no. 220, 221, 222, 224 and 225 are produced in series as roller embossing units in 3 groups with a radius of 65 mm, 92 mm or 104 mm.
The embossing wheels are made of special steel for embossing materials with a high degree of strength. All automatically switching embossing units no. 226 are available in normal design with a 10-part switching unit and indexing mechanism. At the customer's request, we can also supply special designs according to drawings with any number of digits and any rolling radius.
