Sign Embossing Devices

Embossing device for lettering type and output plates with frequently changing text. Suited for brass, aluminium and iron signs.
The embossing wheel is available with number heights from 1-5.5 mm with the number 0-9, the letters A-Z and four icons. The space between the numbers is adjustable by pressing the left lever. The line spacing is set on the left button. Embossing is done with a slight hit of the hand.This impact is so light due to the weight of the embossing slider that any employee can operate this device without additional impact tools. Sign size max. 120 x 160 mm.

This device is the small design. Its function corresponds to that of type 235/1. With both devices, the wheels can be exchanged quickly in order to use different number heights with additional wheels, for example.
With device 235/2, the maximum sign size is 60 x 110 mm.

The embossing wheels for all embossing devices can also be ordered separately, e.g. in case different number heights are required, lower-case letters or non-standard symbols. We can manufacture all characters upon request (up to a maximum sign height of 5.5 mm).

Key embossing devices are used to emboss smaller quantities.
With this device, most key shapes can easily be attached to the embossing slider with a clamp. This clamp is vertically adjustable and can be latched (left screw). After the key was brought into embossing position with the slider, the embossing wheel above can be set to the desired number. With a slight blow of the hand on the protected embossing head, this number is stamped in (no impact tools required).There is a knurled wheel on the front of the device with a latch. By turning this wheel into the next notch, you immediately reach the position for the next character. The notches are aligned to the number height and allow the maximum use of the embossing surface.
The sign embossing device of this series has the same functions. Small signs can be fixed in this device. The embossing surface has a max. size of 50 x 50 mm. With both devices, the embossing wheel is engraved with a max. 40 characters. Standard: 0-9, A-Z, dot, comma, hyphen, slash. The number height can be freely selected from 1-4 mm.
