Consisting of a top and bottom embossing press each for embossing raised numbers in sheet metal.This embossing press is available complete in a die set rack or separately for installation in progressive punch and die systems or special machines.

The press switches forward automatically after each die lift for embossing consecutive numbers. The embossing wheels can also be adjusted non-automatically by adjusting keys or on the side with the quick-adjuster. The standard presses are 6-digit with a font height of 3-14 mm.

Special designs with unlimited digits up to a font height of up to 80 mm are also available, for example for embossing vehicle license plates. Embossing pattern: sign size 30 x 90 mm

With a special design for producing badges and signs with raised or indented lettering. The combination of double embossing presses, multi-line type holders, punching and cutting tools, it is possible to produce signs up to a size of approx. 300-450 mm in one operation. Available for installation in embossing presses or as a fully automatic facility with hydraulic embossing machine, automatic belt feed, roller aligner and uncoiling spool.For the production of vehicle license plates, this system is available with a font height of up to 80 mm for a sheet metal width of 1.5 mm.

For embossing raised numbers and letters in sheet metal, but in dot or digital font. All normal embossing presses can be engraved in this font type.

Impeccable embossing requires the installation of the embossing press and the base plate for indented engraving in a die set rack. For producing badges or signs, the double embossing press can be combined with punching and cutting tools. Available with a font height of 3-15 mm and an unlimited number of digits.
